Do you coach online?
I am happy to coach however suits you best whether that is by phone, Zoom, Skype or face to face or a combination .
Do you offer taster sessions?
I offer a free 15 minute taster session. It is important for coach and coachee to get on together so an initial taster session is very helpful for both parties.
How many sessions do you recommend?
I usually work with you for six sessions over a period of 3 – 6 months. Each session lasts an hour and we meet every 2 – 4 weeks. We can arrange further one-off sessions at any point if you feel they would be useful.
